  1. I love this. And I often tell people, "Don't forget to breathe" so I my appreciation just increased exponentially.

  2. Beautiful... but how can we breathe when this is so lovely it takes our breath away?

  5. I was talking to a motorcycle enthusiast the other day, as he was showing us a photo of an old bike he passionately said "it takes your breathe away!" As passions go I can say the same as Joni and our friend.

  7. This is such a prettily illustrated tangle. I love the way that you have the letters popping out soooo clearly with out actually outlining them. I'm very new to Zentangles, only just got my kit last Wednesday, so it would be lovely to know how you started this project? would the letters drawn in freehand? or could you use a computer to genterate the text? I have been having a great time reading and looking at all your inspirational posts.
Thank you sooooo much for sharing these.

  8. Su, I found some cardboard lettering stencils at a craft store and I used those to trace (pencil) the word, which became my string. Then I used a Micron sepia pen to do the tangles and shaded with a regular pencil. (the Zentangle pencils are really my favorite.. nice and soft!) The Zentangle kit is great. That is how I first learned this art form. Have fun!
