Things that make me go 'hmmmm'

Last week a friend told me about Masaru Emoto and his water experiments . I was intrigued by the idea of of water responding to intent. It's not a surprising concept, but the immediate visual impact really amazed me on a deeper level. My friend said he made a label for his water bottle with the word "love" on it. I had just gotten a new thermal cup for everyday use and thought, "why not?" Using a Sharpie oil marker, I went about floating around the cup with some peace and love.
   Today's post on the Zentangle blog gave me an even deeper jolt about the idea of the intent of vibrations. Look what happens when vibrations (of anything: words, music, wind, etc.) affect/recreate the patterns around them. I was especially intrigued by the way the patterns had a center... the mandalas again =}
   Pattern talk is everywhere. Not sure what it all means yet, but I love feeling the swirl of it all around me.

  3. Hey Carole - that is cool ... I am liking your Mandala's too! I did a thermos mug in June as a giveaway on my blog ... it was so much fun I bought myself another one to tangle on ... but am giving it more thought as what to put on it. Cheers Jane
