I still think I want to do that to my living room:)Carole Ohlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11021544653176389487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3626818628707929674.post-26606416201020072242011-01-10T06:57:53.547-05:002011-01-10T06:57:53.547-05:00Lovely post! The tangle with the balance of positive and negative space intrigues me - the 'empty' letters with surrounding spaces filled in, instead of the other way around. I am learning so much in these weekly challenges - from the tangles themselves, as well as reading through the comments. I can hear the most wonderful role playing coming from there little voices!Shelly Beauchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05983749187941231527noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3626818628707929674.post-48279810726212917342011-01-09T17:32:39.426-05:002011-01-09T17:32:39.426-05:00How very true! I'm hoping to go back and do Laura's challenges so reading about everyone's experiences will hopefully let me focus on PLAYING. Love your zentangle-inspired quote piece -- and thanks for reminding me of a GREAT SONG!DIANEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10229734466360757537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3626818628707929674.post-77945024256361666022011-01-09T16:56:43.545-05:002011-01-09T16:56:43.545-05:00I love this post and your drawing. I have a circle of close friends and we all make it a point to schedule "play days" together - all of us together, or just a pair, whoever is free - so that we can freely, joyously and courageously explore our art and our world. It's one of the best things I've ever experienced in my life. The capacity to play is something that I think adult are conditioned out of, and always to our detriment. To rediscover playfulness and jpure joy is a great gift.stARThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06306524017733691309noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3626818628707929674.post-78829505663719015602011-01-09T15:44:34.584-05:002011-01-09T15:44:34.584-05:00:):)i am the divahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02263135869760345387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3626818628707929674.post-57520247501277928552011-01-09T14:45:29.643-05:002011-01-09T14:45:29.643-05:00Your post is such a great reminder for me.
